Realtor Program
What is the Lakeside Luxury Realtor Program? Beginning spring 2024 we’ve started partnering with Realtors to assist with their clients’ move out/move in cleans. Our aim is to be a professional extension of your brand and a trusted partner you can refer to when your clients’ homes need a clean.
How does it work?
- Schedule Online or Via Phone
- Lakeside Luxury will call to learn more about the space and what is needed
- Once scheduled we share a checklist tailored to the space, a quote and a calendar invite with all parties involved to ensure everyone is on the same page and no areas are overlooked.
- Cleaning – if your clients are home our cleaners will find them for a walkthrough prior to the clean and following the clean to ensure the service meets their expectations.
Whats included?
- Thorough deep cleaning of any/all rooms in home
- Interior and Exterior of Kitchen appliances (Oven, Fridge, Microwave)
- Window tracks and interior glass reachable from floor.
We stand by our team and performance with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If any areas of your clean do not meet your expectations let us know within 24 hours and we are happy to re-clean free of charge for all reasonable areas.
Exclusions and Policies
- Moving of appliances or furniture to clean around or beneath.
- Removing/mitigating smoke or other strong odors.
- Dishwashing.
- Hazardous Materials such as animal waste or excrement, blood or bodily fluids, mold or mildew removal, hazardous chemicals or substances.
- Windows and glass not reachable from floor.
- We reserve the right to refuse any task that may pose a safety risk to your employees or that requires specialized skills or equipment not typically used in residential cleaning.
